Please note that the latest patch is necessary to work with this version of API. Also included is a sample program that utilizes the APIs to instruct the iGuard to automatically send the access log record to the desktop computer every time a person accesses the device. Examples for using API with MSVC and MSVB included (Source Code also included)

Export: this is exported attendance reports in XLS format.

Link: this is an intermediate sheet to figure out the data required for the following two sheets.

Late Analysis: this is to present the "Late Analysis" of all the employees in bar-chart form.

Payroll: use this form to calculate the monthly payroll of each employee. You can select the employee using the combo box at the cell B1.

Please note that this is only an example for demonstration purpose only. You can re-design the reports based on the current operations of your company. Please note that this example only uses the built-in functions, such as the AutoFilter & Pivot Table Report.... There is no programming required.

iServer2 is an automatic data logging server for iGuard Terminal. Access log will be logged in your PC automatically. This program utilizes our API SDK. Once the program is launched and registered with the iGuard terminal, the terminal will automatically send all the new access log records to your PC (as shown in the diagram at the right side), it works with Microsofts ODBC interface. Therefore, the access log will send directly to database (or text file). Besides, therere many other features added to the server. Other applications (such as payroll applications) can directly import this text file for payroll calculation.

This program provides an immediate solution for incorporating the access log data to the existing payroll applications. For those companies with in-house software development department, they can also consider incorporating our API SDK directly to their existing applications.

iGuard Employee Import Utility is an useful utility for iGuard Terminal. The function of this utility is to import a large number of employee records into iGuard . This program utilizes our API SDK. If your database in PC already contain the Employees information, this utility will save you from re-enter the employee information when installing iGuard. Just export the employees to a CSV file and import with this utility, the iGuard employee database will be ready in few seconds.

This little utility helps you to synchronize the real time clock of iGuard terminal and your PC (running Microsoft Windows 9x/ME/2K) whenever your PC starts.

The remote door access is used to unlock the door in easy way. That is a fast way to unlock the door in the computer without tedious procedure. You can unlock the door by double click the icon in the system tray.
